 Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of handmade press on nails, order cancellations are on a case by case basis. We are able to cancel your order if the order has not been worked on or shipped. We are unable to cancel your order if it has been shipped. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of press on nails, we do not offer exchanges. 

Refunds

Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us regarding a refund. We have the right to approve or deny your request. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. 

 

Return to sender refunds

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the order will be refunded minus the shipping fee.  

Delivered but missing package

Packages that show tracking status as "completed or "delivered" but have not been received by the customer are considered stolen. We are not responsible for stolen packages or orders with incorrect addresses. Please contact the carrier for help locating the missing package. If this matter escalates, please contact us via chat, email or contact page. We will inform you about next steps.
